Who We Are

We are a boutique CPA firm serving success-minded business owners and their businesses. We provide strong technical knowledge, sound advice, and encouragement to help our clients achieve their goals.

Renée Solinger, Owner, is originally from Minnesota and began her career with Touche Ross (now part of Deloitte & Touche) in the Minneapolis office. She started out as an auditor and then transferred to the tax department. In 1981 she transferred to the Dallas office of Touche Ross, and has lived in Dallas ever since.

In 1982 she left public accounting for the tax department of Club Corporation. “Club Corp is where I learned how deals are put together and how to review the legal documents for deals. It was a great learning experience,” says Renée.

Renée left Club Corp in 1989 and did contract work for the Resolution Trust Corporation and various local CPA firms. She began her practice in 1993.

“I have had a lot of unique experiences in my career that help me to better relate to my clients, much more so than someone who has always been in public accounting. I can do so much more than just a tax return.”
